panna cotta

this is a classic Italian dessert which is from northern part pieremonte. it literally means cooked cream. the modern version is cream milk gelatin sugar and flavourings. in ancient time they used to use boiled fish bones, the reason is to use make use of the gelatin from the bone.
now eaten world over made with different flavourings i just tried a newer version which was made with basil... just to avoid basils overpower tone added lemon zest with almonds for the crispness..

coconut creme brulle served with lime quenelle(cream) with ginger cookies..

it is said its a 8th wonder and 9th is more chocolate .. am i hyper no... i am not ask anyone we are related with cocoa by this or that mean. but we eat chocolate any how we have that craving i will keeep editing this page time to time and add things in this as i dont want any more post on one subject... on same note...

i actually have three blogs one dedicated to as my daily updates actually it is like my thoughts coming out from my daly life second currynmore is for the cuisine of india which will take a picture on indian cuisine as ia ma not a writer and a laziest guy i am trying to fill the blog as much as i can in my spare time like every weekend even it depends how much i give to it.. its not like i dedicate whole of my time to fill the blog
this my third blog whcih suppose to make those blog run behind this actually this is running behind them as in data as i havent looked towards it since i wrote first few words in it. but i will write down in this about what i want to do in my life what will be my dream what and how it will come up thats it.
Desserts where i lack much experience and i need to work in it also i need to pay my utmost attention and pay my dedication towards it so i wll try to post a recipe which i will take care in my bakery. or a ice cream parlor with that i will post the equipment i will by in outlet.
